Leadership Team

Deb Antonucci:
Born and raised in Washington, New Jersey, Deb has spent her entire adult life in Pennsylvania, and holds degrees from Penn State and Pitt. She is currently a part-time sales analyst for Black Box Corporation. Deb resides in McMurray, PA with her husband Dave and their two children, Lexie and Chris, both in college. As well, she enjoys being Mimi to their grandsons, Drew and Brady.
 
Vision for CCCSH: That the love and light of Jesus Christ would shine through each and every member of our faith family, touching and changing the lives of those we meet in our everyday, ordinary lives!
Matt Baldauff: Matt grew up in the south hills of Pittsburgh. After spending some time in Chicago and then Lafayette, IN, he returned to Pittsburgh. He graduated from Grove City College where he studied electrical engineering. He has worked in that field since graduation, mostly in project management roles. He is married to Evonne Baldauff and they have one child, Tanner. Matt loves the outdoors (especially water), baking bread, and spending time with friends.

Ken Smith: Ken has been involved in leadership at CCCSH from the start. A graduate of Grove City College and Regent University, he is the President/CEO of Simcoach Games, a video game studio focused on games for workforce development and training. Ken and his wife Amy are also active in leadership with several related ministries including YoungLife, CCO, Family Guidance and Pittsburgh Fellows. Ken and Amy reside in Mt. Lebanon and have four children, one still at home.
 
Vision for CCCSH: That we continue to be a welcoming and supportive community who value and respect differences while striving to live all facets of our lives to serve and glorify God.
